Dear fellow bloggers thankyou for all your lovely support. I have quit the ciggies, done lots of homework and feel much better. I have decided not to partake in the language course on Thursdays and Fridays for the forseeable future as these are the days with the language teacher from Hell. Seems like the Shark and the Purplemafling are surrounded by people who resemble a certain family member. So on Wednesday I do a 15 minute talk onPina Bausch auf Deutsch.....Impressive or what! And everyone seems to be turning 40 this year so the rest of the month is full of parties around the globe. Have I missed anyone?

40 ia the best age. Everyone's doing it, done it or wishing they could. Giving things up always has positive benefits - whether its fags or language learning - you're making space to live and be yourself, which is all any of your friends past present or future want you to be.
